Fighting Fit offer a range of classes and courses to help keep you fit and learn self-defence. We are proud of our friendly atmosphere so don’t worry if it’s your first time in a class or in our gym area our instructors and members will make you feel right at home. Please feel free to call the centre and speak to one of our qualified friendly staff who will be happy to give you a class description and advise which one would be most suitable for you. Cobra Kickboxing Kickboxing has all the benefits of standard boxing - improves muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also an excellent form of self-defence and is slightly more varied than standard boxing as the legs are also used for kicks and strikes. Cobra Kickboxing needs to be booked by calling:
