At Fighting Fit we have a much wider variety of ways to get in shape and train than a conventional health club. As well as the Dojo that we use for martial arts training we also have a Gym area containing fitness equipment and free weights. We have also recently had installed a sunbed and new showers. The treatment room has a sports massage therapy table. A full length sun bed with brand new high powered uv tubes is available to members and non members. |
