Classes

 

Fighting Fit offer a range of classes and courses to help keep you fit and learn self-defence. We are proud of our friendly atmosphere so don’t worry if it’s your first time in a class or in our gym area our instructors and members will make you feel right at home. Please feel free to call the centre and speak to one of our qualified friendly staff who will be happy to give you a class description and advise which one would be most suitable for you. The gym facility is open 10am till 10pm if you just want to do your own workout.

Rams Boxing

Rams Boxing is taken by several of our fully qualified Boxing instructors.

Boxing improves muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and co-ordination, anyone can take part in Boxing and it is an excellent form of self defense, so come down and take part and start enjoying being fit.
