Fighting Fit offer a range of classes and courses to help keep you fit and learn self-defence. We are proud of our friendly atmosphere so don’t worry if it’s your first time in a class or in our gym area our instructors and members will make you feel right at home. Please feel free to call the centre and speak to one of our qualified friendly staff who will be happy to give you a class description and advise which one would be most suitable for you. Warriors Kickboxing Warriors Kickboxing is taken be several fully qualified martial arts instructors who have developed their art from working through warriors kickboxing syllabus up to their black belts. Kickboxing has all the benefits of standard Boxing, improves muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and co-ordination. The class is open to all ages and capabilities and is an excellent form of self defence and is slightly more varied than Boxing as the legs are also used for kicks and strikes, Warriors Kickboxing is full contact. There is always a goal to work to in Warrior’s Kickboxing either grading for a belt, getting fitter or competing in the ring.
